One of Bahrain’s leading waterfront development projects, Bahrain Marina Development Company (BMDC) has appointed a leading local entertainment operator to develop a major indoor family entertainment destination at Marina Walk. Covering more than 2,300 square metres, the new attraction is scheduled to open in 2027 and will offer families a new destination for entertainment and leisure in Manama.

The destination will offer an integrated range of family experiences, including indoor entertainment facilities, a speciality toy store, and innovative shopping and dining concepts. This will further strengthen Bahrain Marina’s position as one of the Kingdom’s most anticipated integrated family destinations.

The development will introduce several unique concepts to the Kingdom for the first time, offering families and children immersive entertainment experiences that combine play, adventure and interaction within a safe, comfortable indoor environment designed to welcome visitors throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.

The destination will feature a fully integrated themed indoor playground with extensive soft-play areas, climbing zones, ball pits, slides and interactive play structures. It will also offer experiences led by popular entertainment characters, specially designed for children aged between two and 12 and their families.

It will also feature the region’s first-of-its-kind indoor adventure and interactive entertainment destination. featuring a range of physical activities and digital and interactive gaming experiences. The venue will cater to different age groups, delivering the kind of shared experiences that bring families and friends together.

Its location within Marina Walk will allow families to enjoy a diverse range of connected experiences, beginning with indoor entertainment activities and extending to toy and retail stores, restaurants and cafés, as well as waterfront facilities and open spaces. Together, these offerings will provide a continually evolving experience that meets the expectations of residents and visitors from Bahrain and abroad.The addition of the new destination forms part of Bahrain Marina Development Company’s strategy to create a diverse mix of brands and concepts that enhance the project’s appeal and reinforce its position as an integrated destination for residential living, entertainment, shopping, hospitality and marine activities. The FEC destination is expected to open in 2027 and will be among the largest of its kind in the Kingdom, forming a centrepiece of Marina Walk’s curated retail and lifestyle offering.
