One of the region’s leading mobility and transportation groups, Eurogulf Mobility Group is expanding its partnership-led growth strategy at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026. As the Group marks 50 years of mobility operations in the UAE, it is highlighting strategic partnerships, technology-enabled customer experiences and collaboration across the travel and hospitality sector.
The Group’s participation reflects the themes shaping ATM 2026 under “Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology,” with a focus on how innovation, technology and collaboration are reshaping the future of travel and mobility.
As part of its ATM programme, Eurogulf Mobility Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Aster DM Healthcare, one of the region’s largest integrated healthcare providers, focused on employee wellbeing, preventative healthcare and workforce readiness, while creating practical benefits for employees across both organisations.
The agreement was signed during ATM 2026 by Marius Anton, General Manager, Eurogulf Mobility Group and Rahul K, Chief Marketing Officer at Aster DM Healthcare.
Under the partnership, eligible Eurogulf Mobility Group employees, including management and leadership teams at all levels, will gain access to healthcare benefits, supported by a dedicated wellness calendar and onsite health initiatives delivered by Aster DM Healthcare teams. The partnership will provide more than 1,200 eligible employees with access to Aster’s signature corporate wellbeing programme, featuring preventive healthcare initiatives, workplace wellness activities, health awareness programmes and exclusive healthcare benefits across Aster’s integrated network of clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, optical and home care services. Employees will be able to access these benefits and initiatives through the programme delivered in partnership with Eurogulf Mobility Group, with details of the wellness calendar and available services communicated through the organisation. In parallel, Aster DM Healthcare employees will benefit from mobility privileges across Eurogulf Mobility Group brands.
Marius Anton, General Manager, Eurogulf Mobility Group, said:“The most meaningful partnerships are those that create value beyond the immediate relationship. Our collaboration with Aster DM Healthcare brings healthcare and mobility together around three areas that are increasingly relevant to the wider travel ecosystem: the growth of healthcare tourism, employee wellness and preventive health, and the mobility experience of visitors”.
“As we mark 50 years in the UAE, we are looking at how partnerships like this can connect mobility more closely with the sectors shaping the customer journey. Alongside our continued investment in people and technology, this is part of how we see the next chapter of mobility evolving; more connected, more collaborative and increasingly focused on the overall experience”.
From Strategic Collaboration to Shared Value
The partnership brings together the respective strengths of Eurogulf Mobility Group and Aster DM Healthcare around an area fundamental to both organisations: their people.
For Eurogulf Mobility Group, workforce wellbeing is closely connected to operational readiness and customer experience. Across rental, leasing, chauffeur-driven services and managed passenger transportation, customer-facing and operational teams help keep thousands of journeys moving and support businesses across the UAE’s travel, hospitality and mobility sectors.
Through Aster’s signature corporate wellbeing programme, eligible Eurogulf Mobility Group employees, including management and leadership teams at all levels, will have access to preventive healthcare initiatives, workplace wellness activities, health awareness programmes and exclusive healthcare benefits across Aster’s integrated healthcare network. The programme is designed to bring wellbeing support closer to employees and encourage greater awareness of preventive health and healthy living.
Bringing preventative healthcare and wellbeing initiatives closer to employees is designed to support healthier, more engaged and resilient teams. At the same time, extending mobility benefits to Aster DM Healthcare employees creates a two-way model in which each organisation uses its expertise to deliver practical value to the other’s workforce.
The collaboration also demonstrates how organisations operating in different but essential sectors can work together beyond traditional commercial relationships. By connecting healthcare and mobility around the needs of employees, both organisations are seeking to strengthen employee experience, health and productivity while supporting the people behind services used every day across the UAE.
Rahul K, Chief Marketing Officer at Aster DM Healthcare, said: “This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting the wellbeing of the people behind our organisations. By bringing together Aster DM Healthcare’s expertise in preventative healthcare and wellbeing with Eurogulf Mobility Group’s mobility capabilities, we can create practical benefits that support employees in both their health and their everyday journeys.
“At the heart of the collaboration is a shared belief that better employee experiences contribute to healthier, more engaged and productive workforces. Arabian Travel Market provides an important platform to demonstrate how organisations from different sectors can bring their strengths together to create meaningful value for their people.”
Connecting Mobility with Dubai’s Digital Ambition
Alongside its partnership programme, Eurogulf Mobility Group is showcasing AI-supported booking and service agents and providing a first look at its new corporate website, as it continues to strengthen the digital ecosystem supporting the customer journey.
The focus is on applying technology where it creates tangible value: reducing friction, improving accessibility, providing faster and more consistent support, and enabling employees to focus on interactions where human expertise, judgement and service matter most.
This direction reflects the broader transformation underway in Dubai, where digital integration, artificial intelligence and human-centred service design are increasingly shaping more seamless and connected experiences for residents, visitors and businesses.
For Eurogulf Mobility Group, that ambition translates into a clear direction for mobility: bringing together technology, partnerships and people to create experiences that are increasingly intuitive, responsive and connected across the customer journey.
