With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Patmore brings extensive experience and expertise to his role at Ciel, the tallest hotel in the world. This architectural marvel is the latest landmark addition to Dubai Marina’s iconic skyline and represents The First Group’s largest and most luxurious project to date.
In his role as Managing Director, Patmore will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to maximize profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. He will focus on creating a positive work environment, promoting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Patmore’s leadership will be pivotal in driving the hotel’s vision and mission to achieve outstanding results and guest satisfaction.
Patmore is a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the local hospitality industry. His previous role as Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Marquis, along with significant leadership positions at prestigious establishments such as Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai and One&Only Cape Town, highlights his ability to drive success and innovation in high-profile environments. His extensive experience includes collaborations with renowned chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Atul Kochhar, and Reuben Riffel, as well as managing operations in some of the world’s highest-volume hotels. Patmore’s skills in identifying training needs and performance metrics have been key to achieving high-quality guest satisfaction.
