One of Ras Al Khaimah’s leading business organisations, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed a cooperation and twinning agreement with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Zahle and the Bekaa, Lebanon. Signed during the UAE-Lebanon Business Forum, the agreement aims to strengthen investment and business opportunities and create new channels for companies and investors in Ras Al Khaimah and Lebanon.
His Excellency Mohamed Mosbbeh Al Nuaimi emphasized that the Chamber attaches great importance to strengthening and formalizing its partnerships with chambers of commerce around the world. This reflects its commitment to expanding economic and trade cooperation, particularly as the private sectors of both sides become ready to shift from exploring opportunities to building actual partnerships on the ground. He noted that the joint cooperation agreements represent an important step towards creating a corporate framework that enables companies and investors to identify promising opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
Al Nuaimi added: “UAE-Lebanon Business Forum highlighted the prospects for expanding trade and investment cooperation between the two business communities in both the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, and developing the joint investment and projects, as it discussed the competitiveness and promising economic potentials of UAE and Lebanon, and mechanisms to benefit from them to stimulate growth of the bilateral-trade and investment.”
