The Guild, a locally-established restaurant, proudly announces the appointment of Hisham Abou Khodor as Operations Manager, renowned for his expertise in high-end dining and nightlife.

With over 13 years of leadership experience at prestigious establishments such as COYA, Sushi Samba, Gaucho, and LPM, Hisham is a well-known figure in Dubai’s upscale dining scene, possessing extensive connections throughout the city. His distinguished track record includes notable roles as Operations Manager of Chic Nonna and Senior Manager at Tasha’s Group.

Hisham’s appointment represents a pivotal expansion for The Guild, infusing the team with extensive industry insight and a far-reaching network across Dubai.

Hisham’s peers commend his personable leadership approach and genuine warmth, qualities that, when paired with his proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs, position him as a standout candidate for The Guild.

In his new role, Hisham will be responsible for the general running of the venue, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests from start to finish. He aims to achieve this by perfecting service through extensive staff training and incentives, culinary and beverage offerings and presentation. Hisham will also oversee all critical behind the scenes operations, to drive profits through revenue management, P&L analysis and budgeting – a familiar task born from his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business.
